Dr. Robert Stanton, DMD was born in Florida and raised in Tampa. . As a teenager, he attended boarding school at the prestigious Pine Crest Prep in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Upon graduation, he entered the University of Miami where he graduated with honors with degrees in Biology and Chemistry.  He then went on to Tufts Dental School in Boston, MA where graduated with honors. Dr. Stanton has been practicing in Broward county, FL since graduation focusing on cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation.  In 2001, he was named one of the 100 Best Young Dentists in America®.  He is a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is Invisalign certified.  These abilities, combined with the services of our Board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Specialist, allow our patients to have, in most cases, all of their work done in our facility with no need to be referred to someone else.  All this data aside, the most essential thing you should know is that Dr. Stanton understands the fears and concerns of his patients. He will never talk down to you, use technical terms that you cannot understand or invalidate your feelings.  You will always be informed every step of the way and will know exactly what is happening and what will happen. He remembers that in Latin the word “doctor” means “one who teaches”!
